He's not crazy, he's simply a rider's saving grace -- and that's no bull
Former CWU wrestler comes between cowboy and 1,800-pound animal.

Almost every time Mick Thompson tells people what he does for work, they raise their eyebrows, stare for a few seconds and ask the inevitable question:

Are you crazy?

Thompson, a professional bullfighter, assures them he's not, though it isn't easy when it's his duty to jump in front of an 1,800-pound bull, as he plans to do when the Professional Bull Riders make their first appearance at the Puyallup Fair and Events Center Grandstand today and Saturday.
